Meet Your Engraver
Cody
Cody brings a strong graphic design background to the Utah Laser Engraving team, combining formal design training with a meticulous approach to laser engraving. He earned his Associate of Arts degree from Collins College in 2004, giving him a foundation in design, composition, and visual communication that translates naturally into custom engraving work.
He began engraving professionally in November 2025 and has quickly developed a reputation for being detail-oriented and particular about the quality of his finished work. Whether he’s working with an existing design or helping turn a customer’s idea into something ready for the laser, Cody approaches each project with the same goal: make the finished piece look as good as it possibly can.
His graphic design experience gives him an especially valuable eye for layout, proportion, spacing, and the small details that can make the difference between simply putting a design on an object and creating something that looks intentional and professionally executed.
Cody isn’t interested in calling a project “good enough.” He takes pride in refining the details and producing work that both he and the customer can be proud of.
